Hosted by two of Detroit's Biggest Beauty Influencers with beats by Detroit's Hottest DJ. You will hear from Detroit's own Business Moguls and Million Dollar Earners.
You will learn how to begin the path to Financial Success in personal and Business by Becoming BANKABLE with Business Moguls. The panel discussions will include multiple streams of income, increasing cash flow, and how to overcome challenges as an entrepreneur. In other words, you will learn how to "Have A Seat at the Table". Enjoy a luxury experience while networking with business owners and million-dollar earners. Meet Our Business Moguls
TESSA RIDEAU
Tessa Rideau began her makeup career with the pure desire to make women beautiful and
enhance the natural beauty of all women. Tessa transitioned from the television and film
industry to working for MAC Cosmetics. She started at the freelance position and quickly
grew into an executive role of Artistry Training and Development. Her work has
appeared in high fashion editorials including Vogue Italia. Tessa also served as a Global
Platform Artist that allowed her to facilitate presentations in several countries for 7 years.
After 9 years with MAC Cosmetics, she then decided to create Artistry Rebirth which was founded on artistry, passion, business and camaraderie in the makeup community. The
Powder Room by Artistry Rebirth is also Tessa’s brainchild and is a space for makeup
artists to work in and create content.

Tessa has received the ultimate transformation from working with Lady Finance. By
participating in the Business and Finance boot-camp and 1:1 coaching with Lady Finance,
Tessa has created multiple streams of income within the beauty community, fostered
corporate relationships with various Prestige makeup brands and has elevated her business
to new levels. Tessa recognizes the importance of creating generational wealth and

GIA TAIJAE
Gia Taijae Tejeda is 21, a senior Economics Spelman College, and the Founder of All Things College. Gia began to develop All Things College (A.T.C.) as a freshman in high school; now, her initiative turned business is committed to bridging the gap from high school to higher education within the minority community. Gia has worked with The Harvey Foundation and was a speaker at the Girls Who Rule The World Event, she has been seen in Essence and Voyage ATL. She is a Girls Inc Bold Award 2019 Recipient and an Echoing Green Fellow. Gia participated in Goldman Sachs HBCU Possibilities: Market Madness 14-week program including induction to Goldman Sachs and deep dive into key financial concepts. During the program, Gia worked diligently with her team members, also known as the “GS Dream Team”. The Dream Team competed against 125 HBCU students and placed first in the business case competition, scouring a grand prize of a $1 Million dollar grant for Spelman College.
Gia Taijae works side by side with Lady Finance to uphold operations of the 6-week Business and Finance bootcamp. Gia understands and educates how to build wealth through finance and real estate.
DANIELLE D. HUGHES
Danielle D. Hughes has become one of Detroit’s most recognizable millennials for entrepreneurship and empowerment. She pledges daily to be the person she says she needed when she was younger. As a leading serial entrepreneur, author and philanthropist; Danielle makes it her mission to make an impact in the lives of her hometown youth. Named to the Forbes ‘30 under ‘30 list for her profound work in education, Danielle is a striking example of dreams realized.
As founder and CEO (Chief Education Officer) at Elite Global Vending, she offers vending services to small businesses and corporations across Southeast Michigan. In April of 2021, she introduced Elite Global University, an online membership community that specializes in introducing women of color to investing. Since its inception, Danielle and her team have helped members of their community make an extra $53,845 in income through matching them with various income producing opportunities. 150+ people of color have successfully completed their programming with 85% of those being women.
